It was our first day of vacation for the week of Thanksgiving and our hydraulic jacks would not retract and our slides would not come out. We called several places and left messages but did not get a returned call. We found RVRescuE and left a message and within 10 minutes we received a returned call.
Although he was not able to come to our location physically because he was on his way to another service call, he assessed my situation over the phone. He asked for various pictures so he and I could do a walk through together regarding the slides and hydraulic jacks.
As a result of his diligence and excellent customer service, he was able to guide me through the process to resolve my problem. He was patient and determined not to leave me hanging.

Just a quick note to thank you for the great service we received at Myrtle Beach State Park on Saturday November 18 2017. We did not have any hot water and called Campers Inn they couldn’ t get to us until Monday the 20th. We went for a walk after making the call and saw your Hummer at another campsite as the men were leaving and I said “I could sure use you” I told them my situation and they came right over to our site and had it fixed and running in no time. Very polite, knew exactly what to check, and made our day a whole lot better. Thank you again!!!

Camping at Myrtle Beach and yesterday our air conditioning went out. Camping World (we bought it from them in Virginia) could not send someone for 4-5 days. cue and they came in 1 1/2 hours and replaced our whole unit. They got it all authorized through insurance extended warranty and all I paid was a $65 service call and my $100 deductible. They were courteous, and prompt and provided me with warranty info about the new unit. In 35 minutes my unit was replaced and now I am cool and hoping to enjoy the remaining days of our vacation here. HIGHLY recommend!!!! Thanks.

RV Rescue especially Tim were top notch. I was 10 hours away from home (Solomons island, Maryland) without a travel trailer attached. But in actuality it ended up being 20 hours with the wife, three kids, one teenage girl and twin 11 year old boys. It was a very stress free ride to Myrtle beach (insert sarcasm). So needless to say when we finally arrived to the Pirateland campground and realized that one one side of our slide out was moving on our travel trailer that we bought 4 months earlier and this was our first trip. I took to the campground staff and they highly recommended RV Rescue. He was there within minutes of me calling on a weekend afternoon. Diagnosed it to a bad #1 motor on the slide. He set up the trailer to a configuration where we could sleep until he could get the motor from a local vendors not Monday. I had to attend my daughters nationals softball tournament all day. I had left the trailer unlocked for him Monday morning, he replaced the motor, and left me a text stating that he was finished, and we could square away the bill later that day. Talk about understanding that family comes first. I wish I could take him to Maryland with me. Prices from lippert were outrageous without install, let me say removal, diagnosis, install plus parts and labor under $400. I think I got a great deal. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the myrtle beach area

I called several places for service and had no luck, finally one of the security guards at the campground gave me RV Rescue’s card, I called him and he was here in 15 minutes found my problem immediately and didn’t even charge me because it was just a tripped breaker. We needed him again a couple days later with a water leak at our shower, he promptly came and fixed our camper for a very fair price. We will only use RV Rescue when we are in Myrtle Beach,sc

We clipped a tree while in route to Myrtle Beach and tore the roof on our camper, we called RV Rescue based on a friends recommendation. Your guy met us as we were checking into the campground, took pictures of the roof and emailed to our insurance agent before patching the roof. 3 days later came out and replaced our entire roof while we were on the beach for the day. I didn’t even know that this was possible. We didn’t lose a day of our vacation and got everything fixed. We highly recommend RV Rescue!
